What You’ll Do:

As a Route Driver , you're more than just the person behind the wheel. You’re the friendly face our customers rely on. Driving one of our company vehicles, you’ll:

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of premium Culligan water
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts
• Provide top-tier customer service at every stop
• Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.)
• Be the go-to person for our customers' questions and needs

You’ll be out on the road, meeting people, and staying active—no boring desk job here! In this position you may also assist in the warehouse and/or plant as needed. There may be occasional travel outside of regular business hours.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of delivery driving experience
• A valid CDL Class A license
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Friendly, helpful, and dependable
• Good with organization and detail
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. throughout the day
• Committed to great customer service and a great team culture
