An established real estate owner and developer is looking to add to their development team to support multifamily projects from initial evaluation through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate opportunities through financial modeling, underwriting, and market research.
- Support acquisitions, due diligence, budgeting, and financing.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project partners.
- Assist with approvals and entitlements, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate development, acquisitions, or investment analysis; multifamily experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work directly with ownership.
