Production Supervisor (Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule)

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a driven and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our plant operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , enjoys developing people, and takes pride in driving productivity, quality, and teamwork.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently while fostering strong communication and accountability across departments.

• Supervise and support all production and plant employees
• Plan and stage daily work by department to meet production goals
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
• Foster clear communication across departments to ensure smooth operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Step in as needed to support production activities and maintain workflow

• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
• Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and accountability
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
• College degree is a plus
