About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide to join our team in Cinnaminson, NJ. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care services that promote our patients' independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide essential care services, including vital sign monitoring, medication management, and wound care

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services

• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Respect patients' autonomy and dignity while promoting independence and self-care

Requirements:

• Certified Home Health Aide certification

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in patients' lives
