- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and maintain appointment calendars to keep operations running smoothly.
- Organize Files: Keep physical and digital files well-maintained for quick and easy access.
- Prepare Documents: Create reports, memos, and other paperwork efficiently to support daily business needs.
- Greet Visitors: Welcome guests professionally, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage Supplies: Monitor and reorder office supplies to ensure the team is well-equipped at all times.
- Support Administration: Assist management and team members with general administrative tasks to keep workflows seamless.
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Input data accurately, ensuring records are precise and compliant.
- Coordinate Meetings: Arrange meetings, handle logistics, and take comprehensive minutes.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office admin is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
