Water Specialist

Employee Type Full-Time Salary Title: Water Specialist (In-home Sales) Pay : $70,000 – 90,000 per year (Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses) Schedule: Full-time position Atlantic Blue Water Services is growing and looking for motivated individuals to build a high-income career as a Water Specialist . In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them find the right solutions to improve water quality in their homes. No industry experience required—we provide paid training and ongoing support. Compensation Base pay (hourly or salary, depending on experience) Commission and performance-based bonuses Expected total earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+ annually This is not a commission-only position What You’ll Do Perform in-home water testing and evaluations Educate homeowners on water quality and system performance Recommend customized water treatment solutions Prepare estimates and close sales Build trust through clear, professional communication Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities Manage appointments and schedule independently What We Offer Base pay + commission + bonus opportunities Car allowance and company-provided technology (phone & tablet) Paid training and ongoing coaching Support from an experienced team Recognition programs and advancement opportunities Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently and meeting customers in their homes Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends as needed Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements Preferred (not required) Sales, customer service, hospitality, canvassing, or in-home services experience Physical Requirements Ability to travel locally to customer homes throughout the workday Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 25–50 lbs) as needed Ability to use hands and arms to operate testing equipment and demonstrate products Ability to perform job duties in a residential environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
