Shop Manager

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for heavy equipment and mechanics that work in demolition, excavation, underground utilities, roads/heavy highway, or water treatment construction projects. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance Manage a team of Mechanics Coordinate and perform Warranty work Review invoices, budget, and labor

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of experience as a Shop Manager for Heavy Civil Equipment and Mechanics Experience working on Heavy Equipment used for Heavy Civil Construction Ability to manage multiple tasks Strong leadership and organization skills Mechanically inclined individuals

WHAT YOU’LL EARN:

A base salary of $80,000-$140,000 based on your experience!
