Oracle Database Developer

Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

Expertise in complex SQL queries

Expertise in query tuning and optimizations

Expertise with cursors, packages, procedures, functions, triggers

Expertise in UNIX command and shell scripting

Strong problem-identification, debugging and problem-solving skills

Strong written and oral communications skills

Strong client-facing skills - mature presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communications to effectively communicate highly complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases

Knowledge of troubleshooting common database issues

Skills - Must have 6+ years of experience with the below skill sets (Advanced level). Must have: Oracle PL/SQL development, SQL Server, UNIX Shell Scripting and JavaScript. Good to have: Informatica, Kafka and Big data integration with Hadoop.
