IT Professional PositionO'Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced, service-oriented IT professional to join our growing internal Information Technology team. This position serves as a key member of the firm's national IT organization while acting as the primary local technology resource for our Southern California offices.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who enjoys both the technical and people aspects of IT. The successful candidate will provide hands-on support to attorneys and staff, participate in technology initiatives and projects, and help strengthen the firm's technology infrastructure as O'Hagan Meyer continues to expand nationally.The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, capable of managing competing priorities, and enjoys building trusted relationships with users while remaining closely connected to a collaborative IT team distributed across the country.O'Hagan Meyer LLC is a national litigation and insurance defense law firm with offices and remote personnel throughout the United States. As the firm continues to grow, our internal IT team plays a critical role in supporting attorneys and professional staff while implementing modern technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and client service.Our IT organization combines hands-on user support with strategic initiatives focused on security, infrastructure modernization, operational excellence, and scalable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Support & Service DeliveryServe as a primary technology resource for attorneys and staff in the firm's Southern California officesThis position is based in Downtown Los Angeles and requires regular onsite presence within the firm's Southern California offices, including Newport Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Woodland Hills. Occasional travel to other office locations may be requiredProvide in-person, remote, and phone-based technical supportTroubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and peripheral issuesInvestigate and resolve user issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer serviceTrack, document, and follow through on support requests from initial intake through resolutionCoordinate equipment deployments, replacements, upgrades, and office technology needsSupport conference room technology and meeting-related technology requirementsTechnical Administration & OperationsAssist with user account administration and support within Microsoft 365 and related platformsSupport identity and access management processes under established security policiesAssist with workstation deployment, patching, configuration, and lifecycle managementSupport document management and legal-specific applications utilized by the firmEscalate complex technical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolutionProjects & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in firmwide IT projects and technology rolloutsAssist with office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure improvementsContribute to IT documentation, procedures, and operational standardsIdentify opportunities to improve user experience, processes, and service deliveryAssist with technology testing, implementation, and adoption effortsWillingness to take on other projects as assignedSecurity & Compliance SupportPromote technology security best-practices throughout the organizationSupport established security initiatives and operational controlsAssist with endpoint security, access management, and related technology processesHelp ensure adherence to firm technology standards and proceduresWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful candidates will:Effectively balance independent work with daily collaboration with the national IT teamBuild strong working relationships with attorneys and staffBecome a trusted technology resource for Southern California officesDemonstrate sound judgment and ownership of support issuesMaintain a proactive approach toward identifying and resolving issues before they become larger problemsContribute positively to the continued growth and maturity of the IT department
