The incumbent of this position serves as the Emergency Management representative for AFSC/PK at Robins AFB, GA, receiving and implementing emergency management guidance, representing AFSC/PK at emergency management meetings, and responding to all accountability drills; serves as the Facility Management representative for AFSC/PK, engaging with civil engineering, building custodians, and other facilities managers in the management of facilities for AFSC/PK; serves as the Robins PK liaison to the AFSC Consolidated Security Office (CSO); serves as the Training Monitor for Ancillary training, reviewing completion reports for Total Force Awareness Training (TFAT) requirements; serves as the Antiterrorism representative for AFSC/PK; serves as the Safety representative for AFSC/PK, managing the safety program; and, as the Unit Self-Assessment Program Manager (USAPM) for AFSC/PK at Robins, operates as the focal point for USAP during inspections.

This position is eligible for a Compressed Work Schedule, in which the incumbent would work either a 5/4/9 schedule (for each two-week pay period: 8 days of 9 hours per day, 1 day of 8 hours, and 1 regular day off every other week) or a 4/10 schedule (for each two week pay period, 8 days of 10 hours per day and 1 regular day off every week).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

1. Knowledge of a wide range of emergency management and facility management principles, practices, guidelines, procedures and regulations applicable to a military installation and the relationship of these responsibilities to local civil emergency management programs.

2. Knowledge of a wide variety of information, personnel, operations, and industrial security concepts, principles, and practices.

3. Knowledge of safety, security, and health principles, practices, and procedures sufficient to review and evaluate the organization safety program, evaluate compliance with directives, and prepare reports of findings.

4. Knowledge of required security training concepts, programs, procedures, and practices.

5. Ability to identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations.
