Buffalo Wild Wings Go Restaurant Manager

Join our winning team at Buffalo Wild Wings Go, where flavor meets speed. We're looking for a driven and hands-on Restaurant Manager to help us deliver great food and exceptional guest experiences every day.

Pay is at $19/hr plus 5-7.5 hours of overtime at 28.5/hr. Total hours: 45–50 hours per week. Overtime Eligible: 5.0-7.5 hours of overtime. Bonus opportunities available based on performance. Location: Jamaica NY 11432.

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee daily operations to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You'll lead by example, managing your team to uphold our high standards of service, quality, and hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

• Control and manage food and labor costs to achieve financial targets
• Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed at all times
• Create and manage weekly employee schedules
• Oversee and develop team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Maintain operational excellence to ensure smooth, efficient store performance
• Enforce all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Foster a positive, high-energy restaurant environment for both employees and guests
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Previous restaurant management experience required

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is a scaled-down, faster version of the restaurant designed for takeout and delivery orders, featuring a limited menu and digital ordering for convenience. Unlike the traditional sports bar, these locations have a smaller footprint and less seating, focusing on a quick-service model to provide crispy wings and game-day favorites to customers on the go.
