Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

Join 1Heart Caregiver Services- Fullerton in Brea, CA as a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter onsite and help ensure every client shift is covered by reliable, qualified caregivers. This full-time role combines scheduling, recruiting, and ongoing communication, with the support of structured processes and tools like WellSky . You will work in a Mon-Fri schedule with an hourly rate of $20/hr , plus health insurance and paid time off . What you will do As the Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, you coordinate daily staffing needs and act as a central point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families. You will schedule and assign caregivers to client shifts, respond to last-minute call‑offs, and move quickly to secure coverage. Schedule and assign caregivers to client shifts Handle call-offs and find last‑minute coverage quickly Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families regarding schedules Recruit, screen, and interview caregiver applicants Create and conduct trainings Assist with onboarding and document collection Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems such as WellSky Monitor caregiver attendance, punctuality, and performance What you bring Experience in staffing, scheduling, or home care preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Problem‑solving mindset with a strong sense of urgency Comfort using computers and scheduling software Spanish or Tagalog as a second language preferred Schedule and compensation Location: In person (Brea, CA) Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM (flexible availability may be required for staffing needs) Expected hours: 40.0 per week Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits Health insurance Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
