Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 8 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room or equivalent size License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS TNCC Must-Have: Willingness to obtain required certifications if offered Recent Emergency Room travel experience within the past 6-8 months preferred Description: This position is for a registered nurse in the emergency department. Candidates must possess current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room or equivalent size is required. Experience with both adult and pediatric patients is essential. Candidates should have level II or III trauma experience. Responsibilities will include managing a variety of emergency situations and patient care. Skills needed include administration of emergency medications, care for ventilated patients, and triage. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing diverse cases. An on-site drug screen will be conducted.
