Job Location: Branson 549 - Branson, MO 65616. Position Type: Full Time. Job Summary Seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Service Glazier with a strong background in glass installation, repair, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. The Glazier will assess, measure, cut, install, and repair glass in windows, doors, storefronts, and other applications. Key Responsibilities Glass Installation Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, mirrors, doors, and other fixtures. Accurately interpret measurements on a tape measure. Install glass in frames, sashes, and panels, ensuring secure placement and proper sealing. Install tempered, laminated, and insulated glass as required. Glass Repair and Maintenance Assess and repair damaged or broken glass in windows, doors, and storefronts. Perform glass replacement, re‑glazing, and sealant application. Provide recommendations to clients regarding repairs, replacement, or upgrades. Customer Service and Communication Communicate effectively with clients to understand glass needs. Provide accurate and timely estimates for services. Address customer concerns and maintain professionalism on job sites. Use mobile technology to record and report work-related functions. Safety and Compliance Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations. Ensure installations and repairs comply with local building codes. Use PPE such as gloves, goggles, and safety harnesses. Properly dispose of broken glass and materials. Project Management Manage multiple service requests efficiently. Coordinate with team members, contractors, or subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Tool and Equipment Maintenance Operate and maintain tools and equipment. Report any malfunctions or necessary repairs. Emergency Services Provide emergency glass repair services for urgent issues. Respond promptly and prioritize emergency repairs. Qualifications Experience Minimum of 3-5 years as a glazier in residential and commercial settings. Proven experience in glass installation, repair, and replacement. Experience with tempered, insulated, laminated, and custom glass. Skills Strong knowledge of glass cutting, handling, and installation techniques. Familiarity with glass-related tools and equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to assess damage and recommend solutions. Work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Education/Certification High school diploma or equivalent (required). Certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program (preferred). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required). Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices (preferred). Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods. Comfortable working at heights and on ladders or scaffolding. Work Environment Work performed on residential and commercial job sites. Outdoor and indoor work in various weather conditions. Must work in construction zones and follow all safety protocols.
