Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator Location: San Jose, CA | Pay Range: $46-56/hr | Duration: 12 Months Our client is a global leader in creative software, offering innovative tools for digital media creation, design, and marketing. Responsibilities Drive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support global wellbeing and benefits strategy. Liaise with internal stakeholders relative to ongoing engagement and activities, including GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security and Employee Resource Center. Participate in collecting and evaluating data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standards. Document, update and maintain all program collateral, both internal and external. Answer and resolve escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendors or internal client‑facing roles. Collect content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teams. Partner with Employee Communications and external Communication Consultants on delivery of employee communications related to programs and activities. Skills & Requirements Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation. Strong project management, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail. Comfortable with ambiguity and self‑directed in accomplishing tasks. Ability to prioritize work and execute many projects and tasks in parallel. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence decisions. Comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones via email and video. Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Proficiency with HR systems (preferably Workday, ServiceNow) and case‑management tracking solutions. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree and/or other evidence of exceptional ability. 5+ years’ experience effectively managing communications, engagement, and onsite event activities. Benefits Summary Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed reflect the base hourly rate.
