Learning Systems Migration Analyst (Workday)
Location: Remote
Duration: 11+ months
Interview Type: Video
Notes:
- Moving from Workday to Saba Learning Hub due to CVS integration
- Needs to know Workday learning through and through
- Ability to configure / knows the workday learning and work ramp well
- Hands on analyst with some BA activities
- Integration/Implementation experience
- Understands how the system works
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Workday Learning, Workramp, and Learning Hub or similar learning management systems.
- Strong understanding of business process management and technical integration.
- Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of data migration best practices and tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in project management or business analysis.
- Experience in a similar migration project within a large organization.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
