Position Summary: We are growing!! Gladwell Orthodontics is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Orthodontist for our Raleigh location! Associate position leading to partnership that comes with a large cash bonus paid out on office performanceUp to $500k in profit sharing possible in the first year
Built-in referral network from multiple, LOCAL offices within our group
4 days/week This beautiful, new practice needs support for our loyal family of patients! The ideal candidate will join us in providing a holistic approach to patient care with a kind chair side manner, strong work ethic, and excellent expanded clinical skills. If you love working to your fullest potential & being part of a fun, patient focused practice, we need to talk! Support for business growth and non-clinical management support: We ensure our doctors are surrounded by a team of strong, dedicated, and skilled professionals from the front desk to the clinical experts. We provide strategic marketing efforts, targeting the most effective strategies for your market. Expert staff members

- DDS or DMD from Accredited school
- Graduated from an Accredited Orthodontics Residency Program
