Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
• Support orthopedic and neurological surgical cases with proficiency and clinical competence
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout all phases of the operative experience
• Adhere to facility protocols, sterile technique standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of Operating Room specialty experience within the past 3 years
• Strong orthopedic and neurological surgical nursing skills
• Demonstrated well-rounded OR competency across a variety of surgical specialties

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or specialty surgical hospital environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical procedures beyond orthopedics and neurology
