Nurse Manager

Position: Permanent/Full-Time Nurse Manager

Location: Ashtabula, OH

Salary: $46.00/Hrs. OR $95,680.00/Annum (Negotiable)

Shift: Morning, Variable (7:00AM - 3:30PM OR 8:00AM - 4:30PM)

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• This position requires a minimum of a BSN. Leadership and management skills Preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in finance/budgeting, computer applications, organizational theory and application, human resource management,
• Demonstrated and ongoing commitment to continuous professional growth, development and excellence required. Maintains a good physical/emotional well-being and a positive attitude.
• Possess personal qualifications such as kindness, sympathy, good judgment, and an ability to relate effectively. Recognizes the importance of setting a good example for others.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills required.
• Management applications and customer service marketing Preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in an acute care facility or health care area Preferred.

Certification and Education Requirements:
• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing )
• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS
• CPR
• TNCC (Preferred)
