Relationship Banker - Buffalo Grove, IL

Wintrust is seeking a full‑time Relationship Banker for its Chicago location. What you’ll do Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, recommending solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with business partners such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect customers to specialized experts. Operate a teller drawer, serve customers in the lobby or drive‑up, open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products. Recognize potential fraud and other risks. Depending on the shift, support bank opening/closing and assist with community and bank events. Qualifications 1‑3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role. High school diploma or GED required. Intermediate computer skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
