Patient Ratios: 1:1
Unit Staffing Description: Board runner, charge nurse, service line coordinators, and ancillary assistance for room turnovers.
Type of Equipment: Belmont, ESU, positioning equipment
Documentation System: Meditech Expanse

Scheduling Requirements

RN: 7 AM - 4 PM M-Th, 7 AM - 3 PM M-F
CST: 7 AM - 4 PM M-Th, 7 AM - 3 PM M-F

Floating Policy

Staff may be required to float to the main operating rooms as needed.

Patient Experience Requirements

Direct contact with patients is essential, requiring excellent communication skills, strong provider relations, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.

Certifications

BLS required
CNOR preferred
