The ideal candidate will help clients understand their coverage options, provide expert guidance, and deliver exceptional service. This role requires an active insurance license within 90 days, and a strong commitment to helping individuals and families find the right protection for their needs. **JOB REQUIREMENTS: ** Active state insurance license Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, friendly way. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and meeting sales or performance goals. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or customer service. Familiarity with CRM systems or enrollment platforms. Bilingual Spanish **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: ** Advise clients on insurance products including health, life, Medicare, supplemental, and/or property and casualty. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Generate new business through referrals, outbound outreach, networking, and community engagement. Maintain accurate records, applications, and documentation. Process policy changes, renewals, and claims support as needed. Stay current on industry regulations, product updates, and compliance requirements. Provide ongoing customer service and build long-term client relationships.
