General Production Worker

Pay $22-26/hr DIRECT HIRE

Position Summary

Production Worker to support the manufacturing of interior and exterior doors, millwork, and custom wood components. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Work — Assemble door components, frames, and millwork using hand and power tools.
• Machine Operation — Operate saws, sanders, routers, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Quality Inspection — Inspect parts for defects, correct measurements, and proper fit before moving products down the line.
• Material Handling — Load, stack, and move lumber, doors, and millwork components throughout the facility.
• Production Documentation — Record counts, label products, and follow work orders accurately.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with other production team members to meet daily output goals.

Tools & Equipment Used

• Nail guns, drills, sanders, routers
• Tape measures, calipers, squares
• Automated saws and cutting machines
• Pallet jacks and carts

Work Environment

• Fast-paced wood manufacturing facility
• Standing, bending, lifting up to 40–50 lbs
• Safety gear provided

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $58000.00/yr.
