Hims & Hers is seeking an Operations Manager, Compounding to lead a team of lab managers, pharmacy tech leads, and technicians. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient compounding operations, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This swing shift role oversees day and night shifts, partnering with Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to meet production goals while upholding USP, FDA, OSHA standards and a culture of safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr hims-and-hers
