Senior Systems Engineer

Help Build the Future of the Digital Workplace at Sony Pictures Entertainment

We're looking for a hands-on engineer who wants to do more than maintain technology, someone who wants to modernize it, automate it, and make it better.

At Sony Pictures Entertainment, our Identity and Workforce Technologies team powers the technology experiences that enable people across the company to connect, collaborate, and do their best work.

From identity and collaboration to endpoints, mobility, and security, we own the foundational platforms that keep our business connected, productive, and secure. We're continuously evolving these technologies, challenging traditional approaches, and embracing automation, AI, and modern engineering practices to improve how we operate.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, Microsoft 365, you'll play a key role in engineering and modernizing our enterprise M365 environment. You'll take ownership of critical Microsoft 365 services while helping drive improvements across security, governance, automation, and emerging AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot.

This isn't a role focused solely on keeping the lights on. It's an opportunity to rethink how things work, eliminate manual processes, introduce smarter solutions, and help shape the future of our digital workplace.

You'll work alongside engineers and technology teams who value curiosity, technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, stays ahead of emerging technologies, and gets energized by turning ideas into real improvements.
