Job Title
Job Description: Eight or more years of experience in the US mortgage servicing domain in transformation programs. Experience in advisory consulting engagements with proven ability to lead consulting projects and deliver recommendations. Experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders in banking or financial institutions across business, operations, technology, compliance, etc. Experience in large-scale mortgage servicing platform transformation engagements as a senior business consultant/analyst. Extensive experience in process analysis, functional analysis, operational process improvement, and technology transformation, including documentation of process flows, functional capabilities, and functional requirements. Expertise in analyzing complex sets of information, synthesizing information, extracting insights, and developing & delivering presentations to C-Suite stakeholders.

- Deep expertise in mortgage servicing is a must
- Experience in conducting current state assessments for large programs, preferably using a consulting framework
