We are a fast-scaling, mission-driven team, and we are building our people function to match.About The RoleAs our HR Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day people operations that keep Steer running smoothly and make it a great place to work. You will be the go-to resource for employees on everything from onboarding to benefits, the guardian of our HR compliance and records, and a hands-on partner to leadership as we scale the team. This is a builder role: you will refine existing processes, create new ones, and put in place the HR foundation for our next stage of growth.This is an in-office position based at our Dallas, TX headquarters.
