We're currently seeking dependable, compassionate, and experienced Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) to join our team and provide exceptional care at one of our premier Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) partners in the Salt Lake City area.

Available Shifts
- 12-hour shifts available
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
- Additional 12-hour shift options available (8:00 AM 8:00 PM)
- PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients requiring acute and long-term respiratory support.
- Manage oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator support.
- Monitor patient respiratory status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while following facility policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Current Utah Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or eligibility to practice in Utah).
- Current RRT or CRT credential.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Previous LTAC, critical care, ICU, or ventilator management experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
