The Senior Superintendent, Heavy Civil role supports field operations by coordinating schedules and resources, communicating scope to foremen, and ensuring safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, managing materials and tooling needs, verifying daily QA/QC and as‑built documentation, reviewing time and field reports, and working closely with the Project Manager. Experience with Heavy Civil projects is required. Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
