The firm’s work spans architectural design, planning, interior design, structural engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and related consulting services — all with a strong emphasis on collaboration, technical rigor, and client-focused outcomes.Position summary:The firm is seeking a highly experienced Licensed Architect with a strong background in residential design to lead architectural projects from concept through construction.This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to manage clients, consultants, and internal teams while delivering high-quality, code-compliant design solutions.The ideal candidate has significant experience in residential project types — including custom homes, production homes, townhomes, and multi-family — and is comfortable taking full ownership of projects from early feasibility and entitlement through final closeout.Qualifications:Licensed Architect (required).NCARB Certification preferredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program7–10+ years of progressive architectural experienceStrong residential project experience required (custom, production, townhome, or multi-family).
