For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.In this role you will:Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project teamLead the development of the total project estimatePrepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project teamAnalyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelinesMaintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimatesWe would love to hear from you if you:Have grown your experience as a Mechanical Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environmentHave demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostXHave a degree or comparable experience in a construction related disciplineAre RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help!Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writingAre detail orientated and quality focusedThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.The salary range for this role is between $108,000 and $145,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skill set, education and experienceLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
