- Monday Friday schedule, 8 am 5 pm; no weekend clinical duties
- Phone-only call every 3rd week for excellent work-life balance
- Manageable patient census of 15 16 patients per day
- Strong managed care background required; Medicare Advantage experience preferred
- Bilingual in Creole required; board-certified, board-eligible, GPs, and ACNs considered
- Competitive base compensation with 20% performance-based incentive bonus
- Four weeks of PTO and benefits with 401k employer match up to 5%
