Position Description Job Purpose This position will perform a series of wire preparations, assembly and integration on all products currently produced. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibility will be to build electrical and electro‑mechanical assemblies to meet project specifications and design criteria. Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures per order requirements. Achieve qualification to build greater than 75% of the assemblies on the training matrix. Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Report problems with material, processes, equipment, schematics and bill of materials to Production Lead. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Position requires the ability to work overtime. Ad hoc activities as requested. Desired Skills and Knowledge Able to read and comprehend procedures written in English. Able to read and interpret schematics/blueprints. Able to perform continuity checks using digital voltmeters. Mechanical skills required, including using hand tools and measurement devices. Possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a passion for attention to detail.
