And if that's you we would love to have you join us!The Technical Analyst works with the product development team on the prototyping, design and qualification testing of Motion Control products in accordance with accepted engineering practices.Primary Responsibilities:Prototype validation testing and product qualification testingMaintaining laboratory tools and equipmentBuilding and modifying motor and drive test systemsModification and rework of the product under test and prototypesAnalyze, design, and schedule the implementation of testingThe Essential Qualifications: You Will HaveHigh school diploma or GEDLegal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job openingLess than 10% travel is requiredThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:A minimum of 3 years of related experienceAssociate degree in Electronic / Electrical TechnologyMechanical aptitude to build test fixtures, mount motors, and use power hand toolsFamiliarity with engineering laboratory operation, test instrumentation, test procedures and electrical and electronic test equipmentExperience with printed circuit board component modifications and solderingUnderstanding electrical and basic electronics principlesLeading limited scope test effortsExperience in support of microprocessor based digital and/or analog circuitry and power electronicsKnowledge of laboratory health and safety rulesDirect experience with the operation of microprocessor based digital and/or analog circuitry and power electronicsKnowledge of lab certification, lab audits, UL/IEC agency requirementsExperience leading limited scope testing effortsFamiliarity with RSLogix and/or ladder logic or test automation developmentWhat We Offer:Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision401kPaid Time offParental and Caregiver LeaveFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.To learn more about our benefits package, please visit at position is part of a job family.
