Senior Digital Designer Compensation: $65-75k Overview We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer who combines world-class design craft with modern digital thinking and AI-driven execution. This role is for a designer who doesn’t just execute visuals—but builds systems, experiences, and brand worlds across digital platforms. You will help define how brands live online through elevated UX/UI, strong visual systems, and innovative use of emerging tools and AI. What You’ll Do Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery, collaborating across creative teams and our in-house creative producer. Develop and create content and execute brand identity systems that extend across digital and web using AI. You are an AI wizard. Design responsive, accessible websites and digital experiences grounded in UX/UI best practices. Bring deep expertise and strategic thinking to maintain high creative standards on client and internal projects. Present your work clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, supportive studio culture. Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. What You Bring (must haves) Proficiency in Figma is required, along with Adobe Creative Suite, new AI apps and familiarity with web design/prototyping tools and developer collaboration. 5+ years' experience designing brand systems with a strong focus on digital, web, and responsive design using new AI technologies and best practices. Expertise in UX/UI principles and translating brand strategy into compelling online experiences. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding projects and teams to creative excellence. A generator with animation, motion, and video content. Excellent organization and time management, able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Confident presenter with clear communication skills.
