Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital is seeking a BC/BE rheumatologist to join our experienced team. Provide compassionate, full-spectrum rheumatology care to patients in the coastal communities of Ellsworth, Blue Hill, and the surrounding areas.

This position is eligible for J-1 Waiver sponsorship with a pathway to Green Card (if desired) with the help of our immigration counsel.

Position Highlights Details:

• Great schedule with a 4-day workweek and no call
• On-site imaging, infusion clinic and bone density capabilities
• Experienced support from on-site staff and nearby tertiary care center
• Pharmacy on site
• Experienced support staff with 1 rheumatology nurse with cross-trained coverage from Infusion/Oncology nurses and MAs
• 36 hours of clinical time/4 hours of administrative time weekly
• Strong internal and external referral base from primary care practices and associated subspecialties

Compensation Information:

• $324,000 - $333,000 salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
• The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
