Role: Center Medical Specialist in plasma donation centers. Responsibilities Include Performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories to assess donor suitability. Building rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction and providing education on health and test results. Monitoring and managing donor injuries, adverse events, and potential hazards. Ensuring confidentiality of donors and staff. Evaluating donor health, assisting in employee training, and administering hepatitis vaccination programs. Qualifications & Skills Licensed/certified as a Registered Nurse, LPN, Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT per state requirements. Current CPR certification. Bilingual in Spanish. Attributes & Physical Requirements Ability to perform standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and light lifting up to 50 lbs. Good hand-eye coordination, hearing, and vision abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
