Intermountain Heber Valley Hospital Shift Hours: Part Time, PRN as needed/on-call About the Role Customer Service Representative – You'll help patients check into the hospital. It is fast‑paced at times; you will be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration. You’ll build trust by collecting information accurately and quickly while listening with compassion to address their fears, concerns, and questions. Key Responsibilities Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment, collaborating across multiple programs to capture details correctly between physician and nurse check‑ins. Assist patients who may be very ill or worried; listen carefully to ease their anxiety, ask follow‑up questions and build rapport in real time. Operate in a fast‑paced environment, often on your feet, assisting patients to complete registration. You will must work quickly, expecting the unexpected, to keep the flow moving. Collaborate with a supportive team that helps you progress toward career goals as the first step of your healthcare career at R1 RCM Inc. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Excellent customer service experience Preferred Skills Medical experience Compensation For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $16.00 – $21.10 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
