RN - LTAC

Registered Nurse - LTAC ICU (Night Shift)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night 4x12-Hour Shift (19:00 - 07:30)

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in an LTAC ICU setting, specializing in patients requiring complex nursing interventions, particularly focusing on neuro care. The RN will be responsible for delivering nursing care in accordance with the highest standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Manage and oversee complex medical equipment and interventions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 1+ years of ICU experience required, with LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with Epic EMR is essential.
