$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | ENT PA - Build Skills in a Collaborative Team

Join our collaborative team and work alongside leading ENT specialists, gaining hands-on experience in surgical first assist, advanced procedures, and comprehensive patient care. This role offers a dynamic mix of clinic, OR, and inpatient care, allowing you to expand your skill set in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

STATUS: Full-time

LOCATION: Rochester, NY - RGH & Monroe County ENT offices

SCHEDULE: Days (Monday-Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES/ATTRIBUTES

• Inpatient, outpatient and hybrid positions available

• Autonomous role with team support

• Open to new grads

• Limited call | Additional compensation for weekends/holidays

• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patients

• Treat a wide range of acute and chronic ENT conditions

• Strong mix of clinic procedures and surgical exposure

• Provide comprehensive ENT care across clinic and hospital settings

• Ability to first assist in the OR

PAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
