Job Title: OR Tech III

Compensation: $35.35 per hour

Job Overview

As a vital member of the surgical team, you will operate under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, collaborating closely with both the surgeon and RN to provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Training: Completion of an OR Technician training program
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
• Skills: Proficient in scrubbing for various service lines, including robotics, vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, complex plastic cases, and trauma
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Flexibility: Must be adaptable, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently

Certifications and Licenses

• Certified Surgical Technician (mandatory)
• NBSTSA Certification (mandatory)
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association (mandatory)

Scheduling Requirements

• Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Full-Time Position
• Availability for alternating weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
