Full Stack Engineer

Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI)
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3+ days in office)

Salary: $130K - $200K
Experience: New Grad - 2 Years

We're partnering with a fast-growing, profitable AI startup building a category-defining platform in the RFP automation space. This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the earliest engineers and help shape both the product and technical foundation from the ground up.

As a Founding Engineer, you'll operate as a true full-stack generalist, owning major product areas across frontend, backend, and AI systems. You'll work directly with experienced founders and have outsized impact on both technical decisions and business outcomes.

Responsibilities and experience required:

• Build and ship full-stack features across UI, backend, and AI systems
• Design and evolve core product architecture and data models
• Develop and integrate AI-powered workflows into real business use cases
• Work closely with founders and users to rapidly iterate on product direction
• Contribute to infrastructure, deployment, and scaling systems in production
• Take ownership of major product areas end-to-end
• Experience building across both frontend and backend
• Demonstrated ability to build projects end-to-end

Ideal Background:

• New grad to ~2 years of experience
• Strong signals: top CS programs, selective internships, or standout projects
• Experience with side projects, hackathons, startups, or open-source work
• Exposure to AI/LLMs or interest in AI engineering
