Description

American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a long-term care unit, requiring a valid PA state license (if applicable) and 1+ year of LTC/SNF/Rehab experience.

Details

• Long-term care (LTC) unit setting
• 3x12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Valid PA state license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of LTC/SNF/Rehab experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Charting system experience required
• Skilled in blood glucose monitoring/testing and medication administration (IM, SQ, oral, subcutaneous)
• Experience with behavioral health conditions including anxiety, bipolar, depressive, psychotic, and substance use disorders preferred
• Familiarity with physical hold and seclusion protocols preferred

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration and blood glucose monitoring within a long-term care setting
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
