Park Home Care is a leading Medicaid waiver home health care agency that provides personal care services to the disabled population. We are hiring for Pasco County with high priority (New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, Hudson, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Dade City, Zephyrhills, etc.)

Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aide. As a Care provider, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, community life and quality of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others with developmental disabilities.

Providing Services within: Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Lee, Hardee, DeSoto, and Charlotte Counties

Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary; meal preparation and portion control

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up, laundry, and dishes

• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed

• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One year experience in professional/personal caregiving or a related field is required

• Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes

• Ability to pass a Level II background check and Livescan fingerprints check.
