Senior Craftsman

Pay: $30–$32/hour, based on experience
Employment Type: W-2 or 1099
Location: Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas, including the North Hills and South Hills
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Shannon Staley & Sons is hiring a Senior Craftsman for residential construction, remodeling, builder punch-out, and repair work throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is a great fit for someone who knows construction, can work independently, and likes having some variety instead of doing the same thing every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Framing and general carpentry
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Doors and cabinetry
• Drywall installation and repairs
• Painting and touch-ups
• Builder punch-out and warranty work
• Residential repairs and remodeling
• Troubleshooting and handling jobsite issues
• Communicating with Project Managers about progress and material needs

We perform work for homeowners and builders including Foxlane Homes, Ryan Homes, and others throughout Western Pennsylvania.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction experience preferred
• Strong carpentry and general construction skills
• Comfortable working in multiple trades
• Able to work independently and solve problems
• Dependable and on time
• Professional around homeowners and customers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own the basic hand and power tools needed for the job
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay & Benefits

• $30–$32/hour , based on experience
