Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)

Location

Casper, WY

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Includes weekend rotation (4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code and unit-specific protocols throughout the assignment
• Complete required learning modules prior to and during the assignment as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active Wyoming RN license with no disciplinary actions on record; verified within the last 30 days
• Minimum of 24 months of Medical Surgical nursing experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes
• Completed Medical Surgical skills checklist within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a regional trauma or referral center environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity Medical Surgical patient populations
