Job Order #: 124021 Position Overview The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring fabricated and assembled components meet company quality standards and specifications. This Quality Inspector role involves inspecting parts made from materials such as metals, honeycomb panels, plastics, and other structural components to verify accuracy, workmanship, and compliance with drawings. The ideal Quality Inspector is detail-oriented, experienced in manufacturing environments, and capable of identifying and resolving quality issues while supporting production teams. Required Experience & Skills
• Previous quality inspection, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate quality concerns clearly with production teams Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Inspect fabricated and assembled components for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Verify dimensions, hole locations, and assembly details according to specifications
• Inspect bonded assemblies, fasteners, and structural components for proper installation
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and gauges
• Identify and document defects, non-conforming parts, and quality issues
• Work with fabrication and assembly teams to resolve quality concerns
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
• Ensure products meet company standards before shipment or final installation
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, and inspecting components throughout the facility
