We are currently seeking a reliable, observant, and courteous Security Patrol Officer to join our team and help ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and property. Responsibilities: Patrol the community grounds, buildings, and parking areas regularly Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Assist residents and visitors as needed with directions or concerns Collaborate with emergency services when required Conduct safety checks and report hazards or maintenance issues Assist Front Desk personnel Qualifications: Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills Must pass background check and drug screening Calm under pressure and quick decision-maker Professional, respectful, and empathetic—especially when interacting with seniors Team player with a strong sense of responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Mt.
