Responsibilities

• Process and verify credentials requests with accuracy and speed.

• Track pipeline metrics and report progress against targets weekly.

• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and deadlines.

• Maintain up-to-date credentialing records in the system daily.

• Identify bottlenecks in credentialing processes and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with sales/operations to forecast credentialing capacity and demand.

• Coordinate approvals and escalations with internal stakeholders as needed.

• Provide accurate status updates to teammates during daily standups.

• Assist in onboarding new hires or clients requiring credentials validation.

• Support audits by preparing documentation and audit-ready reports.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness inquiries.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and credentialing trends.

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience with credentialing or compliance workflows in fast-paced teams.

• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in processing requests.

• Proficiency with CRM/credentiaI systems and daily data entry.

• Ability to monitor pipelines and report weekly progress against targets.

• Familiarity with audit prep and producing audit-ready documentation.

• Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.

• Excellent customer service skills and responsiveness to inquiries.

• Cross-functional collaboration with sales/operations for capacity planning.

• Willingness to participate in onboarding for new hires/clients needing credentials.

• On-site availability to align with company on-site work model.
