As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.Job responsibilitiesOversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targetsLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationLead the strategy and execution of risk tooling products that support control assurance, audit readiness, risk reporting, and operational risk management Drive the transformation of manual risk and controls processes into scalable, automated, and continuously monitored solutionsPartner with Engineering, Risk, Controls, Audit, and Architecture stakeholders to prioritize product investments and deliver measurable business outcomes.Establish governance, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement mechanisms to manage a portfolio of complex risk tooling initiativesChampion enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities that provide consistent risk insights and support executive decision-makingIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve controls assurance, audit response, and risk management processesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development and requirements definitionExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsExperience leading large-scale product portfolios focused on risk, controls, compliance, audit, governance, or operational resiliencyDemonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Risk, Audit, and Control organizationsExperience defining and executing product roadmaps for data, automation, workflow, or platform-based solutionsStrong understanding of risk management, controls assurance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements within complex organizationsExperience using metrics, analytics, and dashboards to drive product strategy and business outcomesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldExperience with controls automation, continuous monitoring, or control assurance platformsExperience building products that support audit evidence collection, Requests for Information (RFI), or regulatory response workflowsFamiliarity with data platform, data mesh, or enterprise reporting architecturesExperience applying AI or machine learning capabilities to risk, controls, compliance, or operational processes JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
